In 2019, the pandemic outbreak emerged to significantly alter operating life. It ushered in a technical revolution and increased the use of telework around the world. Among many other things, the epidemic has an impact on human resource management.

This research aims to study the effect of the outbreak on three components of human resource management: remote work, recruitment, and information exchange. A literature evaluation of the issues is presented, as well as the impact of the epidemic on them. The investigation will be conducted in six Finnish communities. To answer a specific research topic, the study employs a qualitative method and collects empirical evidence. Interviews were used to collect information.

The findings show that telework posed a challenge to established leadership techniques. In the communities, new telecommuting and communication methods will flourish. The hiring procedure has become increasingly digital.
