Opinnäytetyössä käsitellään vedeneristys- ja laatoitustyön tuotannonsuunnittelua sekä toteutusta rakennustyömaalla työnjohtajan tehtävien kautta. Opinnäytetyössä on esitetty tärkeimmiksi todetut aiheet, jotka ovat toistuva tilakorjaus, tehtäväsuunnittelu, ajallinen suunnittelu ja valvonta, hankinnat ja logistiikka, työturvallisuus, työnjohto ja esimiestoiminta sekä laadunvarmistus.

Opinnäytetyö perustuu kevään 2020 käynnissä olleen työmaan yhteydessä suoritettuihin vedeneristys- ja laatoitustöihin. Linjasaneerauskohteessa As Oy Kerttulinkatu 10 pääurakoitsijana toimi Rakennuspalvelu J. Martti & Co Oy, joka oli myös toimeksiantajana opinnäytetyössä. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kirjoittajan kehittyminen työnjohtajana sekä esittää toimeksiantajan toimintatapoja vedeneristys- ja laatoitustöiden etenemisessä.

Opinnäytetyö kirjoitettiin Turun ammattikorkeakoulun mestariformaatin mukaisesti. Opinnäytetyö koostuu vedeneristys- ja laatoitustyöhön liittyvästä suunnittelusta, työnaikaisesta toteutuksesta ja oman osaamistason nykytilasta sekä kehittämisestä. Opinnäytetyö on kirjoitettu rakennustiedon kirjallisuuden, oman kokemuksen sekä vanhempien työnjohtajien neuvojen avulla.

The production planning and implementation of waterproofing and tiling work is processed in this thesis through the duties of a foreman in the construction site. The thesis presents the topics that are stated as most important, such as repetitive space repairs, task planning, time planning and supervision, procurement and logistics, occupational safety, management and assurace of quality.

The thesis is based on the waterproofing and tiling work carried out on a construction site in the spring of 2020. Rakennuspalvelu J. Martti & Co Oy commissioned the thesis and was the main contractor in line renovation at As Oy Kerttulinkatu 10. The aim of the thesis was the development of the author as a foreman, as well as presenting the client’s way of completing the waterproofing and tiling work.

The thesis was written according to the format of construction management guidelines of Turku University of Applied Sciences. The thesis consist of planning, implementation and the current state and development of authors own level of competence of waterproofing and tiling work. The thesis was written by using the construction literature, peronal experience and advices from the senior foremans.
