This thesis was commissioned by Wiima Logistics Oy. The goal of the thesis was to make Wiima's and Company X's partnership more profitable and better served for both organizations. The goal was achieved by creating a development process using Design Thinking. The development process includes five steps. During the process the focus was on problem solving and standardization of procedure and information.

The thesis describes the development process step by step both theoretically and in terms of practical work. The work presents current procedures, detected problems and solutions created in the development process in more detailed way.

The goal was to make the created documents during the process as versatile as possible and at the same time simple to extend their use to other clients. The documents are stored on a platform that is used by all Wiima staff so that everyone can deploy and customize the developed solutions according to their own clients.
