Detta examensarbete tar upp hur man skall gå till väga när man behöver restaurera bryggor med stenkista och butikshus som har börjat förfalla med tiden.

I examensarbetet presenteras de objekt som ingår, när de byggts och i vilket tillstånd de är i nuläge. Arbetet fortsätter med att ta upp bryggans uppbyggnad och de olika delarnas funktion, de byggbestämmelser som är behövliga för att kunna planera arbetet och för att kunna göra upp en arbetsplan för att utföra restaureringen på korrekt sätt.

Den brygga som behandlas i examensarbetet kan restaureras antingen med bryggkistor eller med pålar. Arbetet innehåller kostnadskalkyler över de båda byggnadssätten.

Jag har gjort två intervjuer med erfarna byggare från Hitis, ritat situationsplan och skärningsritning för bryggan, gjort ritningar på olika konstruktionslösningar och gjort en konditionsgarnsking på butikshusets fasader.

Avfallshanteringen av tryckimpregnerat virke och behövliga verktyg tas upp i arbetet.

Jag har använt mig av litteratur, Rt-kort, webbsidor, Finlex, fotografier av båda objekten, ritningsprogrammet Auto-cad och mätningar på plats för att få fram den nödvändiga informationen för göra detta examensarbete.

In this thesis, the process of restoring bridges with stone coffins and shop buildings that have begun to decay over time is examined.

This thesis begins by introducing the objects that were chosen to be examined. In addition, the year they were built and the necessary permits were considered. The work then examined the construction of the bridge and the function of the various parts, the building regulations that are necessary in order to plan the work further and draw a work plan and perform the restoration correctly.

There are two different ways to restore the bridge, with bridge chests and piles, in this thesis as well as cost calculations of the two building methods.

I conducted two interviews with experienced builders from Hitis, drew a situation plan and sectional drawing for the bridge, made drawings of various construction solutions and made a conditioner yarn cut on the storehouse's facades.

The waste management of pressure-impregnated wood and necessary tools was addressed in the work.

I used literature, Rt-cards, web pages, Finlex, photographs of both objects, the drawing program Auto-cad and measurements on site to obtain the necessary information to be able to write this thesis
