The purpose of the thesis was to design a stacking machine for draw bench lines. The task of machine is to individually stack products coming from the draw bench into customer-specified stacks. The method of systematic machine design was utilized in designing the machine. The scope of the master's thesis was limited to designing the mechanical solutions of the machine. Requirements set by the production line, regarding both production volume and allocation of space, were taken into consideration in the design process.

The Solidworks 3D modeling software was used in designing and modeling. Models for different solutions were compared with each other. The model which best met the listed requirements was chosen for development. Blueprints and assembly drawings were produced for the designed machine.
