Accounting agencies are going through a major change, as the basic accounting services are becoming more electronic. In addition, accounting agencies are increasing the range of services and expert advice. The goal of this thesis is to look into the accounting agency services and development of productization and with the help of productization boost the financial profitability of the office.

The research method is quantitative. The study is based on the relevant literature, and the task a customer survey research. The survey was conducted in September 2013. Survey was sent to a total of 70 customer of Tiliarja Oy and responses were received from 28 pieces. The study was implemented in internet survey. Results show that the productization is a very time and money consuming project, but its benefits are of high value to the agency. Productization improves the quality of the service, develops staff skills and increases the product knowledge within the company. Well productized service is credible in the eyes of the customer.
