In my thesis degree project, I explore graphic communication and how people interact with visual communication in manuals and work instructions. The purpose of my thesis is to investigate if a fully digital manual and digitization of other instructions methods are necessary.

There is a great deal of overlap between graphic communication and digitization. I approach graphic communication and digitization from an everyday perspective and with what is relevant now. My degree also covers many aspects of making a manual work digitally.

Data collection and study survey questions were taken from the first data collection we did for a company. As a target group for the study, younger students were also tested with the most concrete and effective questions. Both qualitative and quantitative survey questions became 5 multiple-choice questions with different options as answers, the questions are quite directly oriented to the points that this research is about.

The summary is based on my research results, where studies clearly show that there may be a need for digital instructions and a development with the future, this development is also a positive improvement for all entrepreneurs.
