Rummutustilan suunnittelu

2008-04-01-06.pdf (Lahti University of Applied Sciences - Theseus)

Objective of the study was to create an optimal working area for the vibratory finishing machines and their users. The vibratory machines produce sound pressure over 120dB; therefore their working area must be soundproofed. The study was commissioned by HT Lasertekniikka. First stage of the planning process was to design a metal frame of the room. The area of the room was first measured. Calculations and building plan of the structure were made based on the measurements. Roof structure of the soundproof area is designed to hold at least 5000kg. Second stage of the planning process was to design the sound insulating element. When the structural plans were ready, the lifting units for the heavier products were ordered. Planning and decisions were also made considering materials used in the inside walls of the room, commissioner preferred water resistant walls, so the area could be washed with a hose. This study holds the structural calculations and the building plans for the room, operating instructions and the requirements for the Lifting units.
