Multidisciplinary cooperation, working together and networking are the things that emphasis on Service bones in different sectors. Multidisciplinary cooperation requires the development of new approaches and courageous experiment. This study is one example of experimentation, where the aim was to find out and the realization of forms of multi-disciplinary by cooperating. The aim of this study was to describe the multidisciplinary together making a development process which resulted in OMA Kuopio pilot, as well as to bring concrete information on a multidisciplinary working together qualified professionals.

With different sectors of the region of Kuopio actors innovated and developed a low threshold Guidance and service point for young people. The entire pilot brainstorming and the implementation phase from the beginning of the third sector in the region and parish workers. Responsibility for pilot work was Vamos Kuopio which is the thesis of my work subscriber. Kuopio, in it is pilot 1.9- 10.31.2016 between time and was primarily directed to 16–29-year old young people in Kuopio. The pilot project was also intended to encourage intergenerational activities, as well as giving young people the opportunity to implement their ideas.

My job in this pilot project was to serve as the coordinator of the development stage of the process. This step included the step ideas and practical development phase of a pilot as a whole construction. Stem time ordinary activities in the fall are not part of this thesis.
