The aim of this thesis is to take a closer look into light entrepreneurship. The focus is in the process of starting a light entrepreneurship. What kind of questions does one face and what kind of choices does one wrestle with when starting such business. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses in some of the key concept of business and entrepreneurship. What those concepts are and how they relate to each other and affect each other in practice. The empirical part of thesis is based on interviewing former light entrepreneur.

Based of the results of this thesis can conclude that there are great differences between different invoicing service companies and what kind of services they provide. One should be well aware of those differences before starting to run such a business. On the other hand an invoicing service company is a great partner for light entrepreneurs and provide essential back up similar to big organizations.
