The purpose of the final year project was to describe and document the trial runs and acceptance process of a construction project. Furthermore, current process and procedures were studied.

The final year project searched to identify the specific features and challenges of the document and software environments in an expert environment. Furthermore, the technological development of the near future was considered. A new perspective on relatively and tested processes was also suggested.

The thesis presented the operating instructions in a form the manual is followed, it is possible to achieve the results of the target preagreed schedule during the acceptance and testing phases. The thesis offers a clear understanding of trial use, acceptance process, as well as of the complexity of the acceptance process in hospital environment.
